For water problems, outages, trash, or other city utility and maintenance issues, call the City Office at (660) 895-5133. Nearby Towns

Brookfield is the closest town of any size and where most errands end up — the hospital, the ambulance district, and most shopping. Marceline and Chillicothe are the next ones out.
Marceline had a hospital once, St. Francis, but it has not operated as one for many years.
